Reservations Agent

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Reservations Agent to join their dynamic Rooms Team. The role requires an individual with excitement and dedication in serving guests, an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, and a passion for service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests to capture sales from incoming calls.
• Coordinate details of each reservation to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Work cooperatively with the team to achieve shared goals.
• Communicate effectively over the telephone and with computer systems.
• Be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel may be required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Opera preferred.
• Reservations or Front Desk experience preferred.
• One to two years’ experience working in hotels or customer service preferred.
