About the role
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Reservations Agent to join their dynamic Rooms Team. The role requires an individual with excitement and dedication in serving guests, an experienced customer service professional with excellent phone skills, and a passion for service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests to capture sales from incoming calls.
- Coordinate details of each reservation to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Work cooperatively with the team to achieve shared goals.
- Communicate effectively over the telephone and with computer systems.
- Be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel may be required.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Opera preferred.
- Reservations or Front Desk experience preferred.
- One to two years’ experience working in hotels or customer service preferred.

- Strong communication skills.
