About the role
Join our Critical Care Step Down Unit as a Registered Nurse, providing care for patients with conditions such as Congestive Heart Failure, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis.
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced technology including telemetry monitoring
- Perform EKG interpretation
- Provide central line care
- Assist with bedside procedures such as endoscopies and bronchoscopies
- Apply critical thinking, delegate tasks, and manage time effectively
- Collaborate with PCNAs, nurse interns, providers, PT, and OT in a 24‑bed unit
- Maintain a 5:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio in a dynamic, technology‑enhanced environment
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in Ohio
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
- Preferred: BSN

Schedule
