We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Maternal - Newborn care to join a dedicated team. Dedicated to fostering an inclusive, diverse workplace committed to improving lives through compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in the Mother Baby Unit and related women's health areas
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
• Precepting and mentoring new healthcare staff
• Supporting safety, quality, and patient wellness initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure and relevant certifications (NRP, BLS, ACLS as required)
• Minimum six months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
