About the role
Responsible for providing clinical leadership and program oversight in a Mother/Baby setting as a Lead Lactation Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Lead lactation education and competency programs
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards for donor milk and Baby-Friendly initiatives
- Support patient education
- Serve as a clinical expert
- Participate in performance improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Active New York RN license
- BSN
- IBCLC certification
- BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
- Strong knowledge of maternal-child health
- Leadership experience

Pay
Compensation ranges from $122,531 to $157,793 annually.
Schedule
