About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN Maternal - Newborn to provide clinical leadership and program oversight in a Mother/Baby setting.
Responsibilities
- Leading lactation education, staff training, and competency programs
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for Human Donor Milk and Baby-Friendly initiatives
- Providing direct lactation support and patient education
- Serving as a clinical expert on lactation, infection control, and evidence-based care
- Participating in performance improvement and promoting best practices in infant feeding
Qualifications
- Active New York State RN license
- BSN required
- IBCLC certification
- Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
Skills
- Strong knowledge of maternal-child health and lactation practices
- Leadership experience and collaborative skills
Pay
Salary range: $122,531 – $157,793 annually
Schedule
Full-time, permanent role with weekday shifts only (10-hour days)
