The role involves providing clinical leadership and program oversight as a Lead Lactation Consultant within a Mother/Baby setting. This full-time, in-person position emphasizes clinical excellence, team collaboration, and program management in a supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading lactation education
• Staff training
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Managing Baby-Friendly initiatives
• Offering direct patient support
• Collaborating with nursing leadership and multidisciplinary teams
• Serving as a clinical expert in lactation, infection control, and evidence-based practices

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license
• BSN
• IBCLC certification
• Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
• Strong knowledge of maternal-child health
• Leadership skills to coordinate education and quality improvement efforts

Pay

Competitive salary between $122,531 and $157,793.
