Registered Nurse (RN) Maternal - Newborn specializing in lactation services within a Mother/Baby setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead lactation education and staff training
- Manage program oversight for regulatory standards compliance with donor milk and Baby-Friendly initiatives
- Provide direct patient lactation support and education
- Serve as clinical expert in lactation, infection control, and evidence-based practices
- Participate in performance improvement efforts
- Promote best practices in infant feeding
Qualifications
- Active New York State RN license
- BSN degree
- IBCLC certification
- Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications
- Strong knowledge of maternal-child health
- Leadership experience with ability to collaborate across teams
Pay
$122,531 – $157,793
Schedule
Four weekday 10-hour shifts, no weekends or holidays
