Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for the Emergency Department (ED) to oversee daily operations, patient care, staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the ED to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing departmental goals, protocols, and policies.
• Collaborating with medical staff to establish emergency procedures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Leading quality improvement initiatives and responding to current issues affecting care quality.
• Supervising staff, overseeing program operations, and supporting strategic departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is mandatory; pursuing a Master’s (MSN) is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an acute care setting, including at least 1 year in the specialty area.
• Management experience is essential.
• Valid Multi-State RN license or equivalent, with BLS CPR certification.
• Mandatory certifications relevant to the department must be obtained within orientation.
