About the role

The role involves managing department programs, setting and reviewing goals, implementing quality improvements, and collaborating with medical staff on protocols and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of acute care experience, including at least 1 year in emergency services
- Management experience essential
- Valid Multi-State RN license or licensure from the resident state
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- Mandatory certifications within orientation period
Preferred qualifications
- Willingness to pursue a Master's degree (MSN preferred)
