Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Full-Time

Role: Responsible for overseeing patient care, personnel management, and departmental operations in the Emergency Department as an RN Assistant Manager. Key Duties: Manages staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development, ensuring departmental productivity aligns with organizational goals.Develops and monitors staffing plans, budgets, and resource allocation to support efficient ED operations.Coordinates patient care delivery, creating collaborative care plans tailored to patient needs and documenting interventions per policy.Supervises staff scheduling, assigns nursing duties, and manages overtime, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal patient outcomes.Conducts performance reviews, addresses disciplinary actions, and supports staff development. Qualifications & Skills: Must have an RN license with 2-5 years of nursing experience, preferably including ED experience. A BSN is preferred, with less than 2 years of supervisory experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential. Key Focus: Ensuring high-quality patient care, staff management, operational efficiency, and compliance with policies and standards in a fast-paced emergency setting.
