Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards of evidence-based patient care
- Manage unit operations and support staff development
- Provide administrative and clinical support to Nurse Managers and staff
- Contribute to delivering safe, high-quality nursing services
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical nursing experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Valid California RN license
- Current BLS certification
- National certification related to the specialty is a plus
