Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Full-Time

Role: Responsible for overseeing nursing operations in the Emergency Department, including patient care, staff management, and departmental performance. Responsibilities: Manage staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. Develop and monitor staffing plans, budgets, and operational goals. Ensure delivery of patient-centered care aligned with medical interventions and policies. Lead staff communication, coordinate schedules, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.Qualifications: RN license with a nursing diploma or associate's degree; 2-5 years of experience; preferred Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience.
