Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical (Full-Time Day)

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care- Medical (FT Day) 7am-7pm Role & Responsibilities Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.Practice within a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and the WellStar Shared Governance Model.Follow the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing standards, and evidence-based practices.Uphold nursing standards per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.Ensure adherence to system policies, patient advocacy, and service excellence goals. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license in Georgia or under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Experience in direct patient care; specialty certification is a plus.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Proficiency in technology, critical thinking, time management, and ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
