Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical (Full-Time Day)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care- Medical (FT Day) 7am-7pm Responsibilities: Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. Practice under the guidance of Nurse Managers and leadership, following the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing, and evidence-based standards. Uphold the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and system policies, ensuring patient voice and service excellence. Maintain professionalism, safety, and compassion in a clinical environment. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license in Georgia or under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred Experience & Skills: National certification in a specialty area (preferred).Experience in direct patient care.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, respond decisively to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively.Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
