Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Medical (Full-Time Day)

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team in an acute care medical setting. Responsibilities Ensure personalized care for patients, families, and significant others, upholding system policies and service excellence goals.Practice in a clinical environment guided by Nurse Managers, the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing, and evidence-based standards.Maintain licensure and adhere to the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and scope of practice. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license in Georgia or practicing under eNLC; BLS certification required.Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Proficient in technology, critical thinking, time management, and able to respond decisively in emergencies.
