Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Medical (Full-Time Day)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care- Medical, providing high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: Ensure personalized patient, family, and caregiver support in a clinical environment managed by Nurse Managers and leadership.Practice guided by the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing principles, evidence-based practices, and research.Maintain licensure and adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and ethical codes.Uphold patient voice, system policies, and support service excellence goals. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license in Georgia or under the eNLC, with BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty areas is a plus.Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings, respond to emergencies, and demonstrate critical thinking and time management skills.
