Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Medical (Full-Time Day)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care- Medical, providing high-quality, safe patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Ensure personalized care for patients, families, and significant others.Work in a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and leadership, guided by the WellStar Professional Practice Model, 5-Star Nursing, and evidence-based practices.Uphold the standards set by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.Promote system policies, patient voice, and service excellence. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN licensure in Georgia or via eNLC, with a valid BLS card from the American Heart Association.Experience with direct patient care; national certification in a specialty area is a plus.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively.Excellent time management, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practices.
