Registered Nurse - Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Team/Float Pool Location: Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights, IL Type: Full Time, 36 hours Hours: 7:00pm - 7:30am Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.Communicating clearly and effectively with patients and team members in person, via phone, and in writing.Individualizing patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing practices.Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications Include Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
