Registered Nurse - Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Team/Float Pool Responsibilities Provide patient assessment and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, effective, and timely.Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues in person, on the phone, and in writing.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet specific learning needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties Deliver safe, patient-centered care across various shifts during overnight hours.Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.Engage in ongoing professional development and adherence to standards.
