Registered Nurse - Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Resource Team/Float Pool Responsibilities include: Performing patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, appropriate, and timely.Communicating effectively with patients and team members in person, over the phone, and in writing.Providing individualized patient and family education based on thorough assessments.Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
