RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing (required); an Associate Degree with a plan to earn a Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting.Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of employment.
