RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Elmhurst Hospital Hours: Night shift, 7pm-7:30am Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegates appropriate tasks to staff and collaborates as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing; 1+ years of inpatient RN experience; current Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; ACLS certification within one year of hire. Associate Degree holders must obtain a Bachelor's in Nursing within five years. Skills: Strong assessment, critical thinking, delegation, and teamwork skills.
