RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care adhering to state laws and hospital policies.Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.Monitor patient progress and document observations.Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as a team member to achieve unit goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree required with a plan to earn a Bachelor's within five years if applicable.Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in an inpatient setting.Current Illinois RN licensure, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of hire. Skills Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork, and documentation skills.
