RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care following state regulations and hospital policies.Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and plan and evaluate care accordingly.Monitor patient progress and document observations.Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to meet unit goals. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree acceptable with a plan to obtain a Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.Minimum of 1+ years’ RN experience in an inpatient setting.Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS certification within one year of employment. Key Duties: Deliver safe, efficient nursing care, employ critical thinking, document patient progress, and work collaboratively to ensure quality patient outcomes.
