RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Elmhurst Hospital Type: Full Time, 36-hour week, night shift (7pm-7:30am) Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws, hospital policies, and procedures. Utilizes critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegates appropriate tasks to staff and collaborates as part of the healthcare team to achieve unit goals. Responsibilities may vary by unit or shift. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; minimum of 1+ years' inpatient RN experience. Must hold a current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and obtain ACLS certification within one year of hire. An Associate Degree in Nursing is acceptable if followed by a Bachelor's within five years.
