RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a team to meet unit goals. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; required: 1+ years of RN experience in inpatient settings. Must hold an active Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and obtain ACLS within one year. Strong critical thinking, assessment, and delegation skills are essential.
