RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Naperville, IL Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws, hospital policies, and procedures.Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, implement, and evaluate care.Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Nursing preferred; minimum of 1+ years’ RN experience in inpatient settings required.Associate Degree in Nursing acceptable if a Bachelor’s Degree is obtained within five years.Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of employment.
