RN - Central Resource Team - Night Shift

Position: Registered Nurse - Central Resource Team Location: Naperville, IL Type: Full Time, 36-hour week, night shift (7pm-7:30am) Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies. Use critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate as part of a healthcare team to achieve unit goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing; at least 1+ years’ RN experience in inpatient settings. Must hold a valid Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and obtain ACLS within one year. Associate Degree holders must earn a Bachelor's within five years. Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, delegation, and teamwork abilities.
