About the Role
Responsible for responding to patient deterioration on acute care units as part of the Rapid Response team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid clinical assessments
- Initiate life-saving interventions
- Support code and sepsis alerts
- Collaborate with physicians and bedside teams
- Provide clinical coaching to nursing staff
- Ensure prompt patient care during emergencies
- Support ongoing staff education
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, compassion, and continuous improvement
