About the Role

A Registered Nurse in the Rapid Response team provides expert, timely interventions for deteriorating patients across hospital units, ensuring optimal care through collaboration and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess acute patient changes and initiate evidence-based treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and bedside teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Support safe transfers to higher levels of care.
• Educate staff on early warning signs and participate in code and rapid response events.
• Contribute to quality and safety improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Experience in acute care and emergency response preferred.
