Registered Nurse - Psychiatric Services Unit

Role Overview: This position is for a registered nurse providing direct patient care, patient/family education, and care transitions. Responsibilities Coordinate nursing care across settings, supporting professional practice.Implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care per the Mayo Nursing Care Model.Support leadership activities such as preceptorship, informal leadership, and quality improvement projects.Delegate patient care based on skill, experience, and resources.Maintain excellent communication, mentoring, and participation in committees or projects. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a nursing program; RN license in the state of practice.Current BLS certification.Preferred: One year of RN or LPN experience in applicable care settings.Strong communication, teaching, and leadership skills.
