About the role
We are seeking a registered nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care across various settings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating nursing care, including direct patient care, education, and care transitions.
- Supporting professional nursing practices aligned with the Mayo Nursing Care Model and standards.
- Providing leadership through mentorship, committee participation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Delegating patient care based on skill, experience, and resource availability.
- Communicating effectively and participating in team-based activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a registered nursing program; Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred within five years of RN start date.
- One year of RN or LPN experience in an applicable care setting is preferred.
- Current MN RN license and BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross required.
Schedule
Full-time role with rotating 12-hour day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $38.83 to $59.41 per hour, with benefits eligibility.
