Registered Nurse – Psychiatric Services Unit

Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating patient care, providing education, and supporting transitions of care. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and educate patients and families.Support professional nursing practice across various settings and care continuum.Function within the Mayo Nursing Care Model, including planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating nursing care.Provide leadership through precepting, informal leadership, and quality improvement activities.Delegate patient care considering skill level, acuity, and resources.Exhibit excellent communication, mentoring, and teaching skills, and participate in committees or projects. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Current MN RN License and BLS certification.Preferably, one year of RN or LPN experience.Eligible for TN sponsorship with licensure and certification completion. Additional Details Full-time role with rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and every 3rd weekend.Compensation ranges from $38.83 to $59.41 per hour.Includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
