Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies, utilizing critical thinking to assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and document observations. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates as part of a team to achieve unit goals. Duties may vary by unit or shift.
