Registered Nurse - NICU - Night Shift

Role Overview Provides professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies, utilizing critical thinking to assess patient conditions, plan, evaluate, and monitor care. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with team members to meet unit goals. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status, recognize changes, and document observations.Plan and evaluate individualized patient care.Work collaboratively within a healthcare team to deliver quality care.Ensure compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.Assist in maintaining a safe and efficient patient environment. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Current Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association.Critical thinking, assessment, and delegation skills.Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
