Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Night Shift

About the role

This nursing role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. The nurse coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure within the state or applicable compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, and others may be required based on the unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform movements like reaching, bending, and kneeling.
