Registered Nurse - MedSurg, Night Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care across the hospital setting, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from birth through the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice.Maintain professional growth and accountability in delivering quality nursing care.Provide patient education and advocate for patient needs. Qualifications And Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current RN licensure in the relevant state and BLS certification required.New graduates are eligible; hospital experience preferred.Additional certifications aligned with specialty areas (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy) are required or preferred based on unit.Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications within specified timeframes. Additional Requirements Orientation period within 180 days.Specialty-specific certifications, such as NRP, PALS, ACLS, and others, depending on the unit.Demonstrated commitment to professional development and patient safety.
