Registered Nurse - MedSurg, Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care across the hospital setting, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from birth through the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards of practice.
• Maintain professional growth and accountability in delivering quality nursing care.
• Provide patient education and advocate for patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the relevant state and BLS certification required.
• New graduates are eligible; hospital experience preferred.
• Additional certifications aligned with specialty areas (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy) are required or preferred based on unit.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications within specified timeframes.

Additional Requirements

• Orientation period within 180 days.
• Specialty-specific certifications, such as NRP, PALS, ACLS, and others, depending on the unit.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and patient safety.
