Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective care to patients.
• Evaluate caregiver performance.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Uphold patient rights and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, or specialized unit certifications) may be required based on the department.

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
