Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.

• Foster a safe, respectful team environment and contribute to staff engagement.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.
• Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members.

• Plan proactively across patient care, shaping protocols to improve experiences and reduce readmissions.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and experience with data entry.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
