Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role Overview Seeking experienced registered nurses to join a dynamic, multi-campus care team supporting high-quality Med Surg patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing assessments and interventions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Foster a safe, collaborative environment promoting teamwork and staff engagement.Participate in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives.Mentor fellow nurses, contribute to ongoing education, and stay current with best practices.Lead in applying evidence-based practices, participate in patient care decision-making, and support continuous quality improvement.Manage resources effectively, plan care proactively, and help develop protocols to enhance patient experience and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency in computer data entry.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage clinical emergencies effectively.
