Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role Overview: Responsible for providing personalized, evidence-based nursing care in a Med Surg setting, supporting a multi-campus team. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.Foster a safe, collaborative environment and contribute to team engagement and quality improvement projects.Mentor and guide fellow nurses, participate in ongoing education, and apply evidence-based practices.Assist in resource management, care planning, and protocol development to enhance patient experience and safety. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications required.Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and computer data entry proficiency.Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.Excellent interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and make evidence-based decisions.
