Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

This role is for an experienced Med Surg RN to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a leading healthcare system. Responsibilities Include Delivering personalized, evidence-based nursing care by owning the entire nursing process Building meaningful connections with patients and families Contributing to team collaboration, safety, and performance improvement projects Mentoring fellow nurses and participating in professional development Applying evidence-based practices and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Proactively planning and resource management to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred RN license (single or multi-state) and BLS/ACLS certifications required At least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies effectively Join to make a difference, grow professionally, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence in patient care.
