Registered Nurse - MedSurg - Full-Time - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful patient and family relationships and drive top clinical outcomes.

• Lead in applying evidence-based practices and participate in care decisions.
• Support patient safety and quality improvement efforts.
• Plan proactively across the patient care journey.
• Help develop protocols that improve patient experiences and reduce readmissions while efficiently managing resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred.
• Valid RN license (single state or multi-state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• National certification in specialty preferred.
• 2+ years recent Med Surg experience (required).
• Experience with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage clinical emergencies.
