RN - MedSurg - Night Shift

Role Overview: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They work within organizational policies, demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to maintaining care standards. Responsibilities Include Coordinating patient care activities and supervising assigned staffEnsuring adherence to practice standards and quality care delivery Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferredEligible as a new graduate or with hospital experience (preferred)Current Georgia RN license or multistate licensureBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required Additional Certifications (depending On Specialty) ACLS, PALS, NRP, or other advanced certifications as applicableSpecialty certifications such as Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, Dialysis, or Fetal Monitoring may be required or preferred Key Skills: Strong clinical assessment, patient coordination, adherence to policies, professional growth, and accountability in patient care delivery.
