Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient advocacy, safety, and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions, contributing to care plans and promoting positive outcomes.Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures, prioritizing patient flow and experience.Respond to patient concerns, educate patients and families, and communicate pertinent information to the care team.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, suggesting and supporting process enhancements.Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Foster professional growth and mentorship among nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; BLS certification required upon hire.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact); all certifications must be current.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
