RN - Med Surg Night Shift

Job Summary Provides patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safe, compassionate, and quality care that respects patient autonomy and dignity. Collaborates with patients and families to promote health and restore well-being, performing essential duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.Administer prescribed medications and provide health education to patients, families, and significant others.Participate in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery and communicate effectively with the care team.Provide clinical leadership and support ongoing learning to improve patient outcomes.Complete assigned goals and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum education: RN license; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Strong computer literacy skills.Preferred experience and training in relevant healthcare settings.
