RN - MedSurg - Night Shift

Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities: Maintain practice standards, coordinate patient care activities, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies. Qualifications: Must have a recognized nursing degree; Bachelor's preferred. No experience required; new graduates are eligible. Valid Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification are mandatory. Additional Certifications: May require ACLS, PALS, NRP, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or specialty-specific credentials, depending on the unit.
