Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical / PCU - Rotating

Role Overview: Provides comprehensive nursing care within the Medical Surgical Progressive Care Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Delivers direct patient care, models proficiency through precepting new staff, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care. Supports individualized education and competency validation in a technically complex environment, following evidence-based care models and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN licensure, at least 6 months ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Demonstrates strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to professional growth.
