Provide direct patient care in a technically complex Surgical Progressive Care Unit environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver top-of-scope care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Prioritize patient wellness
- Model proficiency through precepting
- Contribute to safety and quality initiatives
- Support specialized education and competency validation
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license
- At least 6 months of ICU or PCU experience or completion of a fellowship
- BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association or Red Cross
