RN Fellowship - Medical Surgical PCU Rotating

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a technically complex environment, utilizing a nursing process and evidence-based practices. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, prioritize wellness, and model proficiency through precepting new staff. Key responsibilities include delivering top-of-scope care, supporting safety and quality at the point of care, and contributing to a dynamic, innovative clinical environment. Qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, at least six months of RN experience, and BLS certification. Additional support is provided through a comprehensive orientation program based on AACN resources, including simulation and competency validation.
